Shipping Details

All products are made to order, meaning they are created after they have been ordered. We generally do not keep an inventory of already produced goods in the warehouse. All orders are shipped out as soon as possible in the order that they are received.

Delivery Estimates

All mattresses and bedding are shipped from California. Shipping charges are for the continental US Shipments only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Foreign orders may be more.

Return Information

Before purchasing any of our products, it is very important that you take the time to make sure that you are selecting the right style, firmness, and type of product. If you need help, our customer service department would be happy to help you determine your best options. Your questions are always welcome. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. We do not warranty allergies.

Federal law prevents us from reselling returned beds and bedding, and we do not mark up our products high enough to cover the costs of having to throw away goods because someone has changed their mind after they receive them. Because of this, we have developed a no returns policy on bedding. Federal laws on returning bedding products are very specific and are regulated for the customer's protection. Our return policies are as lenient as the manufacturers allow. The only exception with this return policy would be in the unlikely event of manufacturers' defects. It is up to the manufacturer to decide whether they repair or replace an item. So please make sure that you want the product before ordering it. We have tried to add as many details about our products to help make your decisions easier. Please contact our customer service department if you need help deciding what would work best for you.

Exchanges will only be made in the unlikely event of defective goods or because of shipping errors. If you have an item with a defect, please contact our customer service department to get instructions on getting your item exchanged.

Item(s) made to order cannot be canceled once the factory has begun making the item(s). All furniture, mattresses, most of the bedding items, etc., are items that are made to order. All sales are final.

There are no returns or exchanges on custom made items.


*Products are handmade and can vary up to 1" in size and will compress 1/3 in volume with regular use.
